Once we identify the different areas of town we will go to work in finding the properties that fit your needs and send them to you as they come on the market. We know how fast things are moving in this market and are prepared to facetime and walk properties for additional video or photos to allow you to be one of the first to see the properties you're interested in.
Making an Offer
It's key to make sure when moving forward on a property that you have the latest data on compatible properties and if homes are selling for over list price. Austin has one of the highest daily numbers of people moving to the city. Lastly, it was over 180 per day. So when writing an offer it's important to stand out! Once your offer is accepted you will usually have an option period where you could fly into town and see it in person.
